The band couldn’t keep the crowd waiting for even a minute before a chant of “Pierce The Veil” filled the room as they transitioned to an impressive space-themed backdrop before playing “Props & Mayhem” and an acoustic version of “I’m Low on Gas and You Need a Jacket.” A huge banner displaying the infamous “Collide With the Sky girl” dropped to the ground, and confetti exploded from cannons as the Pierce The Veil opened the show with the intro song “May These Noises Startle you in Your Sleep Tonight” straight into “Hell Above” from their most recent album, “Collide With the Sky.” I was amazed at how they managed to maintain the same intensity and energy throughout their whole ten-song set.
