I could be doing better with other releases, but man. I’ll be honest, despite how proud I am of Horrortale, it is the only one of the MANY projects I started that I actually managed to finish. I don’t know where the story will go from here, how it will be told, or what sort of projects will be on their way. Estimated Play Time 30-40 Minutes Number of Endings 2 + Different dialogue choices / interactions that can be found within the run This was a game made for a Korean RPG Maker game jam/contest where you were challenged to make a full game using only one map/setting in-game, so the game might feel short/less-dynamic. And let it be proof that, given enough time, you can pretty much finish anything no matter where you art skills are. That being said, drawing Horrortale has been sooo much fun! I never really took art seriously growing up, so being able to tell a story like this over all this time has been a pretty remarkable accomplishment. That would mean another 100+ pages to draw. As it so happens, I have the entirety of a “Book Two” drafted out, but the length would roughly match this one so far. It also helps that there is an incentive of 10,000 dollars for participating. As someone who survived their very own horror movie, you figure that there isn’t anything that you haven’t seen that would shake you to your core. The first part of Aliza’s story is finally over.
